Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Marble Bars Recipe



The chocolate peanut butter oatmeal marble bars recipe has a robust oat flavor, combined with great favorites peanut butter and chocolate and it's an instant hit!

Ingredients
1 stick (1/2 cup) salted butter, softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

9x 9x1-inch baking pan
Mixer

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Lightly grease a 9x9x1-inch baking pan.
Step 3: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set a side.
Step 4: In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract together until creamy.
Step 5: Beat in the egg until well blended.
Step 6: Blend flour mixture into butter mixture.
Step 7: Stir in the oats and peanut butter chips.
Step 8: Spread mixture into prepared pan.
Step 9: Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Step 10: Bake for 4 minutes; leave oven on. With a butter knife, swirl softened chips into a marbled pattern; return to oven.
Step 11: Bake an additional 15-20 minutes or until set. Cool completely before cutting into bars
