     Bourbon Arabica coffee in full flower. With any luck, nearly every flower will turn into a coffee bean.

     In the highlands of Guatemala nearly all coffee is grown in semi-shade, using no chemicals of any kind. Shade-grown coffee is very environmentally friendly, sharing its space with a variety of other plants and animals and birds.
